Michael O'Halloran is likely to seal a move to Rangers next week, according to the Scottish Sun.
The story comes from Saturday's back page, and the full story isn't revealed, so we don't know how high the bid is, although they claim St Johnstone are holding out for £500,000. That seems high to us, but there doesn't appear to be anyone else in for him, so our position should be quite strong.

We could even see him sign on Monday, if things are to be believed, but it sounds like there could be a fair bit of haggling to do first. Toumani Diagouraga's transfer to Rangers, however, is expected to go in before then - he's reported to be about to clinch a deal this weekend.
Updates on both of those stories, and any more, can be found in our Rangers Transfer News section, which will be updated throughout January with stories about new rumours and progress on our existing targets.
