Michael O'Halloran was rumoured to be completing his transfer to Rangers and getting unveiled 'at the start of the week', but according to tomorrow's Sun, he's not much closer to making the move.
The back page reports that both parties are "still in talks" over his deal to Rangers, although £500,000 is still the fee being quoted.
It would still be a major surprise if this one didn't come off, but even tomorrow is looking quite optimistic for an announcement at this stage. It's probably nothing to worry about - Rangers are in no rush to make the signing, and Mark Warburton and Danny Wilson have both been in the press this week saying they don't need new signings to win the title. As for Toumani Diagouraga, there's no news there either, at least from tomorrow's back page.
