Rangers' transfer window business hasn't been as quick as we, or presumably Mark Warburton would have liked. After missing out on Toumani Diagouraga, the club are dragging their heels over signing Michael O'Halloran too, and Saints boss Tommy Wright seems to think it'll go down to the wire.
The transfer window closes at midnight on Monday, and Wright today stated that "Nothing will happen before the weekend. Michael is in the team" when asked about O'Halloran.

What exactly Wright means, or what authority he's speaking on, remains to be seen - how does he know we won't make another bid before then? What have we said to the club? The whole thing has gone from tedious to confusing, although we'll still be expecting him to be a Rangers player when the window closes.
There may still be other arrivals too, with the club still pursuing alternatives to Toumani Diagouraga and looking at the loan market. As always, we'll keep you posted on any developments.
