Rangers' transfer pursuit of Michael O'Halloran is getting extremely tedious at this point, but it looks as though we might have some good news to report later on.
Scott McDermott, the Sunday Mail chief football writer, says the deal is done and will probably go through later on, although the delay and haggling hasn't done much good - £500k is still the price we'll have to pay to seal it.
Looks like Michael O'Halloran to Rangers deal is done. £500k. Should be confirmed today...— Scott McDermott (@scottmcdermott8) January 19, 2016
As ever, we'll bring you any concrete news when it happens on our Rangers Transfer News hub. We're still no closer to Diagouraga though, indeed with one hack saying the clubs were still far apart and nobody much more optimistic on that front. It'll still probably happen at some point, probably this week, but it looks as though Brentford are digging their heels in.
