Is this the new Rangers home shirt?

According to footyheadlines.com this is the new Rangers home shirt for 2016/17...

The leaked image follows  the same design template as other Puma kits for next season and it appears to be the real deal. While looking fairly similar to this year's design the large white sleeve cuffs have split opinion amongst supporters online with some  There is no word yet on what the away or third kit's will look like yet.
