The Rangers squad have voted for Martyn Waghorn as their Player of the Year for 2015/16. The South Shields striker has scored an impressive 28 goals in 34 appearances this season and has been a key player in the charge towards promotion.
Speaking at the awards bash in Glasgow he said "I'm speechless to be honest. To be recognised by the squad like this is breathtaking and I'm delighted."
Waghorn will be hoping to shake off his recent injury worries ahead of Tuesday's trip to Almondvale to face Livingston.
