Boydy and Scotland outraged as Rangers become first club in history to bid less than asking price

Kris Boyd has, as is his wont, summed up the thoughts of a nation this morning with a scathing attack on Rangers in the press.

Under the headline INSULTING AND UNSETTLING, the former Ibrox legend - who scored more goals than Henrik Larsson and is therefore the better player, stats don’t lie - let rip on the club.

“There’s only one club upsetting everybody. If Rangers want players then pay the money. There’s a list... it was the same with Jamie Walker.”

Boyd has blown the lid off one of the biggest scandals in Scottish football in years. All of the shocking details have now come to light, including:

  • Rangers have been BIDDING LESS THAN THE SELLING CLUB’S VALUATION in initial offers.
  • Rangers have been making SEVERAL BIDS in such a way to GET THE PLAYER FOR THE LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE thus SAVING THE CLUB MONEY.
  • Rangers have uniquely developed a nefarious plot hitherto unseen by any football club in world football - making bids to try and UNSETTLE players to get them to ASK TO LEAVE AND SIGN FOR RANGERS.
  • Rangers have become the first club in global football to not simply hand over a blank cheque to every single selling club.

Whether the King regime can survive these explosive revelations remains to be seen.
