Martyn Waghorn is set to be the latest player to head out the Ibrox exit door after Rangers agreed a fee of around £1m with Ipswich Town for the striker; with only a year left on his deal, £1m would be a good return for the 27-year-old who joined the club for £200k from Wigan in 2015.
Sunderland have also been linked with a move for Waghorn, however, their Championship rivals have stolen a march on them and Waghorn now looks set to join former Rangers teammate Joe Garner at Portman Road.
The summer signings of Eduardo Herrera and Alfredo Morelos have pushed Waghorn down the pecking order under Caixinha and he is believed to be holding talks with Ipswich later today; if things go well he could even be confirmed as an Ipswich player in the next 24 hours.
Waghorn scored 44 times in 78 appearances for Rangers.
