Former Rangers, Aston Villa and England defender Ugo Ehiogu has passed away aged 44 after suffering a heart attack.

Ehiogu was rushed to hospital yesterday after he collapsed at Spurs’ training ground, where he was part of Mauricio Pochettino’s coaching staff.

The popular defender had a short spell at Ibrox in 2007, scoring the winner in an Old Firm at Celtic Park, before wrapping up his playing career and moving into coaching.

Everyone at Got The Battle Fever On sends our sincerest condolences to Ugo’s wife and two young children.
