Reviewing last week's bets, we saw some decent profits made.
Phantom surged into the lead despite his ambitious initial 4-0 Rangers bet failing. Kris Boyd rattled in a goal in the opening minute for a nice 13/2 shot, giving a £55 profit overall.
Meanwhile, Callum made a small profit of £4.50, thanks to Celtic winning both halves against Hearts. No luck for John, who saw Dundee United and Ross County let down his accumulator.
So, with the addition of two new signings to the challenge, here's where things stand. All odds are from McBookie, who offer the best range of markets on the SPFL. Sign up through GTBFO by using this link to get a free £25 bonus from just £5.
Phantom - £105 (£55 profit)
Callum - £54.50 (£4.50 profit)
FettyWATP - £50
James - £50
John - £30 (£20 loss)
Callum Hamilton
Rangers to win - 5/4 - £10
Niall McGinn to score anytime - 22/5 - £4.50
I suspect we'll win and there'll be goals, but I'm backing away from goals or handicaps or BTTS due to Hearts being generally useless and signing hunners of players. A simple win will do nicely. Elsewhere, after making a pretty measly £4.50 profit I'm going to invest it on Niall McGinn - I suspect Aberdeen might get something from the game, but in his current form he's a good price to score anytime at 22/5.
The Phantom
Rangers to win (-1 handicap) - 10/3 - £20
St Johnstone to win - 9/5 - £10
Sevco to win easily - we should smash this VL's mob. Meanwhile, I also fancy St Johnstone.
John McIntosh
Rangers to win - 5/4 - £10
Another straightforward Rangers win for John, with some sketchy fixtures elsewhere.
James Black
Half-time draw, Full-time Rangers - 5/1 - £10
Rangers, Celtic, Partick all to win - £10 returns £87.75
Rangers should get the job done eventually, while Celtic should prevail against Aberdeen and Partick offer great value at home.
FettyWATP
Rangers to win and both teams to score - 10/3
Celtic to win to nil - 31/20
FettyWATP backs the big dogs to brush the jobbers aside.
