Development squad captain Ross McCrorie has joined Dumbarton on a development loan until the end of the season. McCrorie joins Stevie Aitken’s Championship side as the aim to make it into this season’s playoffs.
McCrorie, who can play as a central defender or a right back, has been a key performer for Graeme Murty’s U20s and will remain eligible for the Young Gers as they aim to lift the Scottish FA Youth Cup.
In addition to Ross McCrorie heading to Dumbarton, Josh Jeffries has also headed out on a temporary move; joining Stirling Albion until the end of the season. Jeffries has also been a regular for the U20s and will hope to impress at Forthbank.
