Graham Dorrans has left Rangers’ training camp in Spain.
As far as reports go, it seems to be merely a recurring problem with an injury, with the player returning to Scotland today.
Dorrans has been a huge disappointment since signing at Rangers and to be honest, we’d be pretty pleased to see him off the wage bill as the new manager Steven Gerrard looks to rebuild his squad.
Whether Gerrard rates him or not remains to be seen, but it looks like he’ll have to take some more time to find out if Dorrans is sidelined for any significant amount of time.
Dorrans, of course, also missed a decent chunk of last season with the injury, although he hardly set the heather alight when fit either. We’d still get rid of him given the opportunity, but that might not be possible if his injury proves to be significant.
Still, at least he won’t be on the pitch.
