Allan McGregor 7.8
Saved Rangers’ woeful first half display by pulling off some fantastic saves to keep the scores level. His performance levels haven’t dropped with the rest of the team.
James Tavernier 5.0
Not at it again today at either end. To be a great Rangers captain, he really needs to shorten his often severe troughs in form.
Joe Worrall 2.3
Oh god, why on earth have we sacrificed a very good centre-back partnership for the sake of this absolute neep? Did literally nothing right and was a constant threat to the side.
Connor Goldson 6.5
Fine in defence, but missed two complete sitters at the other end. If only we had a defender who was good at sticking those away...
Andy Halliday 6.5
Continued to show his worth as a utility man/cheerleader with yet another solid but unspectacular display.
Ryan Jack 6.1
Not back to his best yet. Didn’t get things ticking over as much as we’d have hoped.
Ovie Ejaria 6.6
Much improved after recent pedestrian displays. Couldn’t quite produce the right touch or pass to get things going, but he was always positive and had good ideas.
Scott Arfield 5.2
Very poor again. His chance at goal wasn’t as easy as it initially appeared, but he again failed to have much of an impact in the team’s attacking play overall.
Ryan Kent 5.8
Either he or Eros Grezda could’ve been hooked at half time. It hasn’t been happening for the youngster lately. Needs to stop taking so many touches every time.
Eros Grezda 6.1
Didn’t really do anything wrong, per se, and thumped the post seconds before his removal, but didn’t show anything particularly promising either. We’ll still give him time, due to his recent layoff and the fact he’s being chucked into a vastly underperforming team.
Alfredo Morelos 7.4
A rare occurrence that he isn’t man of the match, but his touch was a little off today. Despite that, rolled and turned and bullied defenders with ease all game and got a goal. How is he so good at scoring from those tight angles?
Subs:
Daniel Candeias 6.0
He didn’t mean it so gets no credit for the goal. Harsh but fair. Actually, he gets points deducted because it was a pish cross. Missed a cracking chance as well. Sent off for getting put in a headlock because LADIES AND GENTLEMEN YOU ARE NOW WATCHING... THE WILLIE COLLUM SHOW!!!!
Jordan Rossiter 6.7
Looked tidy enough.
