Allan McGregor 6.8
Pipe, slippers.
James Tavernier 6.7
Touch was slightly off a couple of times and delivery was inconsistent. Movement, drive and power there as ever.
Joe Worrall 6.7
Made no real errors, was given little opportunity to do so.
Nikola Katic 6.6
Still looks a little shaky after his recent spell out of the team. Was at fault for the Motherwell goal but did produce some good moments when it was still 11 vs 11.
Andy Halliday 6.8
Deservedly restored to the team ahead of the out-of-form Jon Flanagan and gave the solid, competent performance that he’s delivered every time when called upon this season.
Ryan Jack 6.7
Kept things moving nicely and controlled the game well.
Scott Arfield 7.5
One of his better games in a Rangers shirt, positive and proactive in his midfield play and his decision-making around the box.
Ovie Ejaria 6.9
Much like Jack, kept things moving swiftly and constantly probed the Motherwell defence with his short and medium range passing. Unfortunate not to score.
Eros Grezda 7.4
A mixed bag in the first half but grew into the game to score two goals and bag an assist. Could have had a further assist in the first half with an excellent ball for Alfredo Morelos, who headed over.
Alfredo Morelos 7.3
A constant menace to the opposition as always. Got his goal and his power, movement, teamwork and decision-making were superb, as they always are.
Glenn Middleton 7.5
Not everything he tried came off, but when it did it was invariably lethal. His goal was a superb, instictive first-time finish on his weaker foot, and he showed that he has more to his game than simply knocking it past his man.
Subs:
Gareth McAulay 6.7
Had nothing to do in defence but was determined to show his leadership abilities in directing his teammates from the rear.
Kyle Lafferty 5.9
Struggled to make any impact at all when he came on.
Serge Atakayi N/A
Injured almost immediately after coming on - a disappointment for the youngster.
