Pedro Caixinha’s Rangers rebuild shows no signs of slowing down with Colombain striker Alfredo Morelos expected in Glasgow on Monday to complete his medical ahead of his move from Finnish side HJK.
The 20-year-old, who has scored 46 times in 62 appearances for the Helsinki side, is due to put the finishing touches to his £1m move to Scotland with just over two weeks until Rangers’ first competitive fixture of the season.
Morelos joins Ryan Jack, Bruno Alves, Dalcio, Fabio Cardoso and Daniel Candeias as the new faces in Caixinha’s squad with deals for Mexican duo Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera and Scotland international Graham Dorrans expected to be confirmed over the next few days.
