Pedro Caixinha has secured his second signing of the summer as Rangers confirmed Ryan Jack’s move to the club after his Aberdeen contract expired yesterday. Jack joins Portuguese defender Bruno Alves in committing to the Gers as they look to get back to the top of Scottish football and progress in the Europa League. The 25-year-old midfielder had spent his entire career so far at Pittodrie but decided to move on after making almost 250 appearances for the Dons and spending the last two seasons as club captain.

Jack has been linked with a move to Ibrox for a number of months now, with Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes claiming no such move was happening, however the midfielder has signed a 3-year contract at Ibrox and will link up with his new teammates next week for pre-season training ahead of the Europa League qualifiers at the end of June.
