Scotland U19 boss Ricky Sbragia has named three young Gers in his squad for the UEFA European Championship Elite Round. Goalkeeper Robby McCrorie joins his defender twin Ross and midfielder Liam Burt in the 18 strong group for the games in the Czech Republic later this month.
All three have been consistent features in the Rangers U20 side this season with Burt even being involved in the matchday squad for the first team on a number of occasions so far. Central defender Ross McCrorie has recently joined Dumbarton on loan until the end of the season and will be hoping to impress with a new Rangers boss imminent.
Scotland will face Austria (March 22nd), Czech Republic (March 24th) and Hungary (March 27th) as they look to book their place in this summer’s finals in Georgia.
