Rangers' transfer budget will be £5m for next season, according to the Scottish Daily Mail.
The back page of today's paper reports that Dave King will stump up half of the cash, while the Three Bears and other investors will match him.
That should be enough for Mark Warburton, Davie Weir and Frank McParland to find both the quality and the quantity required, particularly if a Scottish Cup Final victory over Hibs results in the addition of European fixtures.
Despite that, there's no word on whether the sum will cover signing-on fees, bonuses, wages, and so on - it's just "£5m." Either way, it's probably more than we were expecting, and should help close (or should that be widen?) the gap between us and Celtic for next season.
The squad will need investment, particularly since we only had five players on the bench for the cup semi, and most will be leaving, although Matt Crooks and Josh Windass are two that have been already secured.
Stay tuned to GTBFO tonight for coverage of the clash against Hibs, and of course any future transfer rumours and news.
