Harry Forrester's goal vs St Mirren gave Rangers a 1-0 win to put them eleven points clear of Hibs at the top of the table in the Championship.
You can relive the goal here, which came as the result of another fine run from Michael O'Halloran, who tore his way down the right flank all game. It was a brilliant, instinctive finish from Forrester to put the ball in the net, sweeping it out of the reach of the keeper and into the far corner. Forrester will probably be a fairly important player as the season goes on, with Martyn Waghorn absent and Michael O'Halloran and Billy King unavailable for the cup. He should at least make an appearance in the crucial Scottish Cup quarter-final against Dundee. Hopefully he'll be able to provide some more of the same.
