Barrie McKay has committed his future to Rangers by finally agreeing a new two-and-a-half-year deal at the club.
The move has been in the works for some time, and was first mentioned when it was revealed that Andy Halliday and Jason Holt were close to completing new deals at the club, but for whatever reason, McKay has taken a little longer.
Those two were given contracts until 2020, but Barrie McKay is only under this deal until 2018. Whether that's to do with the player or the club, we're not sure, but personally, we'd have rather he was tied down long-term like the others, given his stunning performances this season..
McKay spoke to the club after signing the deal, and you can see the interview above.
