According to reports down south, Birmingham City are considering approaching Frank McParland to be Director of Football at St. Andrews.
McParland moved to Ibrox in October 2015 as Head of Recruitment for Mark Warburton and has had a big hand in identifying and scouting potential targets for manager Mark Warburton. As well as his spell at Ibrox, McParland has also had stints at Burnley, Brentford, Liverpool and Watford.
Birmingham have recently appointed former Chelsea star Gianfranco Zola as their new manager, replacing the sacked Gary Rowett, and it’s believed McParland would work in a similar capacity to his current role at Ibrox.
Should Rangers look to keep McParland if Birmingham do make a move? Let us know in the comments or on social media.
